Pattern+description
In this context, "Pattern" refers to Archetypal images as they enter and structure consciousness in terms of thought and language, sense, and creativity. A mythology results -- a narrative process in which meaning is perceived -- forming the mythological and psychological complexes from which cultures are built. Add any idea or abstraction with demonstrable structure (coherence) may be added to this site as a Pattern. Patterns are the ideas "behind" choices and creativity. The division between how we think (patterns) and what we do (process) is more a communication convenience than it is Truth, so feel free to create different cards imagining a complex in two different ways, for instance:
is framed here as a pattern whereas
is a process for the purposes of shared exploration.
These are terms we agree to use, rather than The Way Things Are.
