Coming up McBryde Ave from the direction Hwy 80, you reach a stop sign whereat you are directly facing the Alvarado Area of Wildcat Canyon Regional Park.

Turning your head to the left you will see a wrought iron gate among some trees, beyond which a gravel driveway climbs the hill to the Alvarado-Bouquet House
