Kielbasa bacon caraway potato mushrooms quart jar sauerkraut celery salt

A few hours before serving get out Le Creuset stock pot. Do not use iron.

Chop 8 oz bacon and start to fry. Add mushrooms. Chop an onion fine and add.

When mixture looks right add jar of sauerkraut and 1/2 cup water,  add 2-3oz caraway and .5 tsp? celery salt for umami.

Peel and thinly chop and add a potato

Bring mix to boil and drop the lowest simmer, cover, and leave.

Excellent served with sliced and fried kielbasa.
