Embody Nonviolence
Nonviolence in action looks like bodies moving naturally to respond to conflict, actively and continuously redirecting attention to co-creative opportunities through restorative communication. We call this somatic (whole entity/body) learning "Martial Nonviolence" because it leads directly to practice, developing physical, psychological, and systemic responses to conflict that are peaceful (insisting on humane interaction), balanced/sustainable, and effective under stress. Leave battles for control behind. No longer mistake oppression and retribution for justice. Restore our life together!
We offer:
- One-on-one Embody Nonviolence teamwork and leadership coaching, communication through conflict, and physical balancing for everyone from 3-103 years of age.
- Morning, Afternoon, and One Day Training
- Group Facilitation and Mediation in one, three, and five day increments
- Board-level Consulting and culture-change Inititatives in Social Benefit Organizations

"Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one's being, but by integration of contraries." - C.G. Jung
"A live audience engages in the present moment, embodying the emotions unfolding on the stage, I think. Jung was highly interested in embodiment, and witnessing something taking place through our senses, especially as a collective with others who are each having their own experience, can be powerful process for instigating change." - Bonnie Bright Ph.D. at http://www.pacificapost.com/tonight-in-dreamland-a-new-play-co-written-by-award-winning-tv-writer-cheri-steinkellner-and-visionary-jean-houston
