Conflict Done Well+class schedule

We offer 55 minute classes both in-person and online for children and adults, often together. Please arrive in your gi or athletic clothes, with a water bottle, nails trimmed, and jewelry put away ten minutes before the time we bow in (below) to care for and prepare yourself and the dojo.

All students are asked to subscribe to both in person and online classes so we can be prepared to be flexible. All times written here are in the US Central timezone.
