MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENTOur  Audio Transcription API  is now live! Built on @OpenAI Whisper-Large-v2, 10s to transcribe a 1h file, and more accurate than everything else on the market I’m so so proud of the team, and of the tech we created!!Why?

A: Funnily I'm building (along with [name] and [NAME] helping) a prototype with Mindtools to simulate a "difficult conversation" with an underpeforming team member. It will start by coaching you on the key areas you should touch on in that kind of chat and then simulate it. It will then read back the conversation and mark whether you did all those things and how well

Here's the feedback GPT gave me for a "model" conversation I had with "Bob": Prompt to GPT: Read back the conversation. Mark whether the following criteria were met by Jane in the conversation to Bob. Use a score of 1-10 to mark each. Where appropriate, provide an example of each from the conversation. - Ask them how they are
 - Bring up early on that there is a problem
 - Stayed polite throughout
 - Give a concrete example of a problem about Bob and his behaviour
 - Suggested how Bob can improve his behaviour GPT's response - Ask them how they are:
10 - Jane asked Bob "Hey Bob, how are you doing?"
 - Bring up early on that there is a problem:
10 - Jane brought up the issue with Bob's performance early in the conversation.
 - Stayed polite throughout:
10 - Jane stayed polite and refereed to Bob's committment and efforts.
 - Give a concrete example of a problem about Bob and his behaviour:
8 - Jane gave a concrete example of Bob's attendance record.
 - Suggested how Bob can improve his behaviour:
10 - Jane suggested Bob work on being on time for their next meeting.

C: Wow! This REALLY could change how 1on1s are done and reviewed if certain criteria is met on "how to do 1on1s correctly"...set by the standards an organization wants to adhere to for their culture/standard.
