Culturesmith is a consultancy and online seminar devoted to building dynamic systems that live, learn, and work through conflict. Leaders and teams practice Conflict Done Well in order to become continually more effective. Individuals learn to understand the systems they live in, recover from trauma, and respond creatively to difference and stress.
