Powers that be are experimenting with how power works in a verse at the developmental stage wherein power remains an issue of influence+area (pre-omnipotence/omnipresence). Span is a world experiment created at and to be a multiverse crossroads experiment which realizes the ways presence/place/location may be multiplied/dimensionalized/transected, and so connects many other dimensions/realities via the common archetypal structures with which their fictionality is constructed.
