The Leadership Council is a group of champions, advisors in many areas of expertise working together to structure a movement with a sustainable business model that can be replicated, and which leads to actual people building communities that practice being different with compassion, building teams that practice Conflict Done Well so that getting everyone involved what they need becomes a habit and a daily expectation.

Humanity's next big area of growth, now driven by looming climate and political/humanitarian disasters is learning to do conflict well. Old zero-sum ultimate victory myths haunt our professional, political, and personal lives. Every time I ignore your individual needs or our collective needs in order to feel more secure, every time I create a victim I diminish our chances of survival as a species. When I ignore what you need, effectively throw you under the bus in a staff meeting or while negotiating a deal, I take another step towards a world that is nasty, brutish, and short. It does not have to be this way.
Culturesmith is a culture-making initiative, consultancy, and online learning environment designed to work with and through business, government, and education to support people around the world, on all sides of the political spectrum, who are determined to co-create a future that becomes more civilized by being more humane.
Peace is conflict done well. Learning this to the point that habits change requires practice. Popularizing this practice requires a council of champions, advisors in many areas of expertise working together to structure a movement with a sustainable business model that can be replicated, and which leads to actual people building communities that practice being different with compassion, building teams that practice Conflict Done Well so that getting everyone involved what they need becomes a habit and a daily expectation.
I've made a start down this road, but have burned my candle as far as it can go without going out, and must depend on the vision and support of partners to move forward.
