Free Aiki Dojo and Golden Bears Aikido training schedule - week of 2014 10 13
This coming Monday is a federal holiday and, though it is not always the case, I will not be holding class. Please feel free to contact other training partners and get together to train on your own. Next week, on Monday 20th, we will try the extended training time (beginning at 11am) once more. If participation continues to be sparse, we will return to a one hour weapons class on campus from 11:30-12:30 and consider rescheduling the on-campus lunchtime class altogether.
We have been happy to see more parents join us in our Peace Practices classes with the ABC volunteers, students, and faculty at Pacific Rim International School, and would love to welcome you as well. We will now offer Peace Practices classes for adults on PRINTS campuses. FYI, the first ones will be:
- Wednesday, October 29th from 5-6pm at the San Mateo campus
- Thursday, November 6th from 5:30-6:30pm at the Emeryville campus
--- Monday, October 13, 2014
