While working for Moving On Center I updated or removed antiquated or redundant IT components, centralized backup and network architecture, installed hands-free and automated phone and message systems, upgraded to the latest available Quickbooks and office software. As principle for Association Building Community, in addition to my administrative and community-building duties, I was contracted by Aiki Extensions, an international peace organization, to create the position of Executive Director and an administration to coordinate their far-flung collection of volunteers with no existing supervision. I raised the funds to provide my salary and in six months developed a virtual international office, coordinated operations and communications on six continents, brought online an improved website and web-based payment system, instituted consistent book keeping and then migrated that online, established a wiki for member involvement, and integrated a universal backup solution which doubled as content streaming for promotional materials. I hope to work with you to move both your organization and my learning and practice into a phase of renewal and creativity.
