Conflict Done Well method

Conflict Done WellTM is based on principles from the martial "Art of Peace", called aikido, professional theater techniques, and somatic psychological research on long-term teamwork and leadership.
We have received international funding, been deployed by families, in schools, and by leaders across many professional domains, and CDW has proven helpful to both children and adults giving and receiving assistance while working through conflict exacerbated by behavioral challenges.
We use movement and language sequences to develop conflict habits which are directly applicable to the difficulties that are part of daily life. Learn at your own pace the full range of options available to respond creatively in conflict. Keep your balance under stress and recover more easily from difficult experiences.
CDW is ideal for first responders and other service providers who must weigh their need for life-balance and personal safety on the same scale as the needs of clients who experience escalating levels of stress. We achieve results by creating an ongoing learning environment, rather than offering tempting but insufficient one-off solutions, and co-creating a practice of conscious conflict as though learning an art form. Results of working on your conflict skills include increased quality of life, positive family, team, and community connections, and courage to take tools in hand with which it is possible to craft a satisfying future.

Conflict Done Well involves the next itteration of aikido, called Aikido 2.0, to which improvisation and facilitation skills are added to make the Martial Nonviolence (MNv)TM method. When the MNv curriculum is adapted for and adopted by a particular community, that is called Peace Practices (PxPx)TM. All training offered at this time is with the founder, Brandon WilliamsCraig Ph.D. and 5th degree blackbelt.
